General Conditions

Day of arrival

The official time to enter the room is 15.00 h.

Day of departure

Leaving the room must be before 12.00 h.

Late check-out could be requested (under availability, please ask at reception).

Sales general conditions

Minimum of 2 nights staying on weekends.

Minimum of 3 nights staying on the following holidays and festivities:

• Easter week: 26 to 31 of March (both inclusive)
• October: National Day of Spain (October 12th)
• December: Constitution Day and Immaculate Conception Day (December 6th and 8th).

Minimum of 5 nights in high season.

Sales stop: December 30th & 31st.

For special holiday dates, the minimum stay could be modified by the hotel’s management.

Payment terms

The hotel reserves the right to charge the total stay to the client’s credit card 48 hours before his/her scheduled arrival.

Booking cancellation or modification non-refundable charges

• Low season: In case of cancellations or modifications within the previous two days before the arrival day, one night amount will be charged.
• Mid-season: In case of cancellations or modifications within the previous three days before the arrival day, one night amount will be charged.
• High season: In case of cancellations or modifications within the previous five days before the arrival day, one night amount will be charged.

In case of “no show,” the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

In case of reduced staying, it costs one additional night. Notice must be given twenty-four hours in advance, and check-out should be at the official time.

Parking

Parking spaces are limited and with additional charge, not subject to prior reservation.

Transfering service
The establishment has a transport service provided by a private company external to the hotel with a 48-hour advance reservation. Please ask for prices.

• Standard rooms are between 20-25 m² in size, sea view.
• Superior rooms are between 25-35 m² in size, front sea view.
• Suite rooms, which have a small additional lounge as their main difference, are between 35-50 m² in size.
• Economic rooms with terrace and partial or no sea views. Small rooms between 10-15 m² in size. Due to their size, these rooms do not accept extra beds.
